Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped nationwide via next day courier in ice-cooled thermal packaging, designed to keep your meat frozen throughout transit.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday ship the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or any time Friday to Sunday, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not dispatch on bank holidays - orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will ship on the next working day.

Next Working Day DPD: Order by 12pm for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched on the next dispatch day (Monday to Thursday). Free on orders over £75.

Pre 12pm Next Working Day Delivery: Guaranteed pre-noon delivery on the next working day. Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched on the next dispatch day (Monday to Thursday). Free on orders over £100.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. Once you receive your tracking number, special delivery instructions can be arranged directly with the courier. We cannot accept liability for parcels that go missing after being delivered to the correct address.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or in unsatisfactory condition, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it.
